Display version and Live version is different for static carousell

the static carousel is not functioning properly, the preview/display version shows differently to the live version. The live version is showing a wrong version of the carousel.
Both these pages have static carousel and their both displaying wrong.

As you can see the live version has extra space underneath the text, However the preview version has no space. I want the preview version. But no matte how much i try it cant seem to change
