Hero slider not loading after 10Web optimisation

    Hi, when 10Web is active, my hero sliding content doesn’t load until I move my mouse over the page (or start scrolling the page on mobile). If I deactivate 10Web, the content works normally again. I’ve tried all optimisation levels.

    Edit: Tonight it doesn’t even load when I move my mouse or scroll the page – I will keep 10Web active in the hope you can provide support for this, but because it’s not loading the content at all now, I will have to deactivate 10Web again soon. The behaviour where it loaded after mouse/scroll movement occurred the other night after I installed 10Web for the first time – because of the content loading issue, I deactivated it, but am now trying again to get it working (with your help)…

    Your slider has a pre-loader. Will you please kindly turn off the pre-loader and check again?

    Currently we have enabled Test Mode for your website so that your visitors face no issues. Please, make sure to disable Test Mode before checking the issue again.

    Thank you. I’ve tried CSS code to hide the preloader but it doesn’t seem to resolve the issue – I’ve now logged a support request with the wordpress theme developer to figure out how to best do this. I’ll post back when I’m able to get somewhere with the preloader…
