    Hello,

    I am having issues with the Ideal Payment and Elementor Pro. They are asking for feedback on errors in the WP debug log. I need to contact mobile payments support for woocommerce with the log files for their feedback. How to contact them?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you need help getting the WP Debug error log, is this correct?

    You are able to get these logs by enabling WordPress debug logging on your site. Here is a helpful guide on how this is done.

    Once you’ve enabled debug logging, you can repeat the action causing the problem, and this should trigger the errors, again, and hopefully, an error will be logged in the wp-content/debug.log file.

    If you require further help, please clarify which plugin you are using to enable iDEAL payments on your site.

    I need to get in touch with one of the WordPress developers for them to check the log files I have received from Elementor Pro.
