Also can you please check your web server logs for further insight on this error? If possible increase your memory limits.

Are you able to access your Matomo Dashboard via your WP backend? If so please provide us a copy of your system check. How do I find and copy the system report in Matomo for WordPress?

I do not remember what was going on at this time, maybe Updates for Plug-Ins, but not 100% sure anymore.

Hi @leogc can you please try increasing your Memory Limits and see if this helps.

I have no chance to increase the Memory Limit here… In the Moment it is working after i have cleared everything up in the Matomo PlugIn. in save mode.
