• I publish the article and plugin correctly and post it to Facebook. However, when I update the article, it posts it to FB again. So you can end up with dozens of redundant postings of the same article. Crazy. To avoid it, you need to manually switch off the post buttons before you hit the update button. Sometimes some writers forget, of course, so every day there is one incident that an article is posted like five times on Facebook. FB is penalizing it so it is destroying our social network’s reach and credit.

The developer said it was a bug and didn’t respond for two months. Terrible customer service. The worst WP plugin I have ever experienced.

We are desperate what to do now. Does someone know an alternative? It could be paid, I just need it to work.

Yes, they responded they never promised to fix this bug, which they apparently did in email from Decemeber. They say it is a minor issue and they will fix it later after some other project, so we all knwo what that means = never or a year later if we super lucky. The thing is it is not a minor issue – it a serious bug that is damagign our business every day, damaging our social networks and we alraedy got warnign to be baned if we keep spamming with redundant posts. Very desperate situation. And we are a paying customer and they do not care at all. Or you know – they pretend they do with nice words from customer specialist but in reality, they do nothing.

An update with fix to this will be released in this month.

If you want it immediately , you can contact our support desk.

    Thanks.

Definitely no need immediately, if it is true it will be ready this month (you posted on March 1 :-), it is totally ok. Hope it is not empty promises. Thanks for your work.

I can assure you that this issue is fixed.

The release is holding for some API changes. You can contact support desk for the file that need to be replaced.

I’m confused – so do I need to contact support or the bug will be automatically fixed by the end of month?
