Change the position of Media on the admin menu

Hey all,

I am doing a website that requires several extra menu items in the admin area to be placed directly under Posts. To do this I need to change the position of the Media tab from it’s default of 10 to 14.

I can do this by hacking wp-admin/menu.php but obv this would be changed back on upgrade. Is there a way of changing this position perminatly?
