    Hi, I recently had a user who waited >24 hours until clicking the activation link for his registration, and he received an “expired or already used” error message.

    Is there an expiry time on the activation link? Can it be changed in any setting?

    Yes you have “Activation link lifetime” in UM Settings -> General -> Users
