I am working on a new website and have created a sidebar widget, and a right menu to assign to the widget. I have also set the align-right within customisation.

    The right_menu is not appearing?

    What am I missing?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @cecil108,

Thank you for using Neve. I’ve checked this page and I can see the sidebar doesn’t appear at all due to the container width setting.

Please allow some width for the sidebar from the Customizer options – screenshot.

After that, please make sure the page doesn’t have full width container set at 100% from the individual page options while editing the page – screenshot.

    I hope this will help.

    Hey Stefan,

Thanks for the feedback, since the post I have got the menu appearing on some pages, the homepage is set as your example, but it doesn’t show.

The sidebar in customisation is set to the right, but doesn’t appear as far right as it should be.

    Thanks

    Hi @cecil108,

Would it be possible to share the URL of the page where the sidebar doesn’t appear and it should? This way, I can check the properties and CSS code.

    Regards,
    Stefan

    Hey Stefan,

The pages that are not showing the sidebar are:-

    https://bit.ly/3YaQwDY and https://bit.ly/3REPRZb

Would it be possible to reduce the width of the sidebar to be similar to the following link https://bit.ly/3JNi26c I can reduce the width using customisation but the links flow to two lines rather than one? The links should ideally be on one line rather than two.

    Thanks

    Hi @cecil108,

It would be great to see actual URLs of the pages where we can check it, not only the screenshots as we can’t really see what could he the reason it’s missing.

I also see that you marked this thread as resolved but let us know if additional help is needed.

    Hi,

The URL shortcuts are above, they take you too the exact pages where the sidebar is not showing?

    This is not resolved.

    Thanks

    Hi @cecil108,

Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the Customizer setting from Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Layout -> Content/Sidebar path, similar to this one?

I’ve checked this page, and that’s the setting that should control its sidebar.

    Regards,
    Stefan

    Hi Paul,

I’m checking this one now but none of the link you shared work now and it looks like hosting account where website is stored is suspended – https://vertis.d.pr/i/isC98O
