• Hi there, thanks for plugin.
I have just upgraded to a newest version and just can’t manage to display options in cart. When add some product in cart, cart shows product description and inside parentheses two numbers (sku number of a product and ordinal number of a option).
    Example …. Product description (19 : 2) ….

I have try every possible option in a eShop option page and did not menage to get it right.

Please check this cause plugin working like this is not of much use because customers do not have a overview of what they have in they cart.

    Thanks in advance
    Marko

It’s a bug, and already fixed for the next release.

    Great

Thanks for a quick reply …
Maybe I can tell you some more small thing that can be done to improve plugin.

First, in admin area on product page, options and stock input box lines are not aligned which makes it difficult to update stock when there is lot of options cause you don’t know which stock box is for which option. At least on Mozilla.

Second, I noticed that Continue shopping link don’t work when cart is updated or emptied, link leads to the last page which is a cart page after updating, so continue shopping do not have sense.

Third, (This is something bigger I assume) Stats and purchases works only for a particular product not for a option.

That all … just a suggestion to make a great plugin even better.

Can I see a screen shot of this misalignment? (they look ok to me)

yes, but you can change where that link points to via the settings page.

are you sure about the stats? I did make some alterations to that when I added in the stock control per option, so you may be thinking about how it used to work.

re the stock on the products page, ahh see what you mean. the only way around this would be for me to combine the 2 columns.

    Hi there

About Continue shopping link, I know there is a option to put ID but I dont use it cause I want my clients to get back where they been when they clicked add to cart. If client update a cart Contine shopping link is still there but now points to a cart page which is bit confusing. Maybe a new option for add to cart button which will redirect back to current page. This will also speed up a process and will not lead a client away from product page.

About a stat thing, I am not sure about this cause I did not test it completely but on a product page in admin area I see only one number in purchase column regardless of how many options there are. So I guess that plugin counts purchases of a different options all the same, as a purchase of a main product. Sorry if I am wrong.

One small suggestion. If someone use a eShop for a only one country, there is always a dropdown to pick a country regardless of number of available countries. So would be nice to remove dropdown if there is only one country.

    Thanks for a fast reply

I’ll have a think about whether it is possible, it should be with a little effort on my part ?? I’ll work on that, because to be honest it is been bugging me for a while as well.

Stats, ahh I get you now. yeah that doesn’t count options for each product. However the top sellers list does include the options numbers (at present).

that can be hidden via CSS, or via a custom additional plugin that can also add other fields to the checkout. Feel free to email me if you want one written for you, [email protected]

Thanks for a really fast response.

For a moment that will be all …
Now I just have to get site up and running.

Later I will see with my client if they need some special options and if they do I will contact you with details. It is good to know that author supports a plugin and that is possible to make a custom modifications, for a reasonable amount of money, I hope so ;).

Thanks anyway and hope we gonna have a nice cooperation.
