    Hi! I have a problem with the WooCommerce e-mails, when a customer places an order an email will sent to the shop-owner. Unfortunately this e-mail always comes in the spam box. While investigating this problem I came across mail-tester.com. The WooCommerce e-mail gets a 6.2/10 the biggest problem… the reply-to e-mail is different than the from address. Is there a way to disable this? The shop owner doesn’t need to “reply” to the order-confirmation.

    Thank you for reaching out about this. From what I gather, the email notifications about new orders placed lands in the spam folder, because of custom e-mail in the reply-to field, thus you are inquiring how to remove that. Correct?

    I went ahead with testing this, with a test WooCommerce store of mine, and the shop-owner email notification reply-to field was always the email the customer entered at the store’s Checkout page. Everything worked as expected, in my test installation.

    My suggestion would be to check out if the issue persists when having only the Storefront theme active, along with the WooCommerce plugin. That would isolate the issue from being a theme/plugin conflict.

    As a next step, feel free to go ahead and check the related documentation, on configuring WooCommerce emails, and see if any custom, now undesired, values are there.
