Warning: Undefined variable/property

Hi,

When visiting a page with an embedded form, we’re seeing two warning messages at the top of the page:

Warning: Undefined variable $version in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/gutena-forms/gutena-forms.php on line 277

Warning: Undefined property: Gutena_Forms::$ in?/var/www/wp-content/plugins/gutena-forms/gutena-forms.php?on line?277

I was curious as to how we can rectify/mute this warning?
