Facets Not Saving. Server Issue?
-
Hello! We’ve been using SIQ for several years and are running into a weird issue that came out of nowhere. We are trying to configure several facets on a site, after successfully testing the same facets on an exact clone for testing purposes. Now, facets are refusing to save on live, and the PHP log has these warnings that correlate to when we try to save the data:
WARNING: child 666 said into stderr: "NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Warning: array_merge(): Expected parameter 1 to be an array, null given in /plugins/searchiq/templates/backend/facets.php on line 93"
WARNING: child 666 said into stderr: "NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Warning: array_map(): Expected parameter 2 to be an array, null given in /plugins/searchiq/templates/backend/facets.php on line 96"
WARNING: child 666 said into stderr: "NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Warning: array_merge(): Expected parameter 1 to be an array, null given in /plugins/searchiq/templates/backend/facets.php on line 99"
WARNING: child 666 said into stderr: "NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /plugins/searchiq/library/plugin.php on line 2292"
WARNING: child 666 said into stderr: "NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /plugins/searchiq/library/plugin.php on line 2292"We also noticed that the backend of the SIQ dashboard (not the WP site) seems to be a bit slow, and we’ve encountered some errors. Is there any issue going on with the SIQ server right now? Do you have a status page?
If not, any other ideas to troubleshoot this issue would be appreciated.
Thanks!
