Job has started, but not responded for 10 seconds.

I have been getting a message that “Job “Weekly Database” has started, but not responded for 10 seconds. Please check information.” The first thing I did is a theme and plugin test, and I have narrowed the issue down to a conflict with Wordfence. If I deactivate Wordfence I do not get the error. I set my Wordfence settings back to default but I still get the error.
