Skip backing up a file? How to do that?

    I’m a plugin developer, and my plugin writes a temporary file (by default to WP_CONTENT). It’s pointless to back up that file.

    Does your plugin have a filter or some similar mechanism by which my plugin can let your plugin know to skip that file when creating a backup?
