Show Empty Categories With A Message

This is currently not supported but I have added it to the roadmap. We will try to add an option for this in the future.

Now, if categories have products, then the categories are also shown, but where there is no product in any category, nothing is shown up.
There requirement is, If there is no product in the category, then it will show up a message with some text.

As per your request we added the option in the latest version. Please upgrade and check the settings area.
