    Hi @helemaaldebom,

That error states, that you need to enable the PHP GD extension to use our plugin. Please ask your hosting provider to do so. Then, try to open a PDF invoices, and let us know whether it opens correctly or not.

I have the same error at a client website. The PHP GD extension was already enabled…. disabling and enabling again made no difference. Would you please be so kind to assist?

Could you send us a screenshot of your System Configuration and Write Permissions, that you’ll find under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status tab?

I’ve added the image to the page behind the link in my previous post. And included a screenshot from the php settings too..

My issue has been solved by the hosting provider. They’ve activated the PHP GD extension. Thanks!

Hi @helemaaldebom: Thanks for confirming that it is fixed now!

@bijdrager, could you please double-check that you have saved your setting after activating the PHP GD extension?

In the screenshot of your System Configuration, this PHP extension seems to be installed, but not activated.

Yes it’s saved and was saved for a long time already. Today I only disabled and enabled it again to check if that solved the issue. Did you see the third screenshot (below the system configuration) too?

However, I’ll ask my hosting provider to check if something doesn’t go well as it should be the background too.

The hosting provider found a problem with the GD extension. And they start looking into this now.. Hopefully they will be able to resolve this issue. I will send you an update when they are done.

Thanks for keep us posted, @bijdrager: Hope the hosting provider fix the issue soon!

By the way, please create a new topic next time, so only you receive reply notifications. I did not realize that you were not the thread starter, and now helemaaldebom is still receiving notifications from our conversation, although they already managed to make the PDF document work.

I will make a separate post next time, answered on this one because it was the exact same type of error… for now I’m letting you know things are solved..

Regarding the creation of a new topic, this is not a big problem, I only mentioned this because so we can keep the forum sorted that way, avoiding sending unrelated notification to the wrong users, and provide you a more personalized support ??

…for now I’m letting you know things are solved.

Thanks for confirming that it is solved, @bijdrager! ??

By the way, if you don’t mind and have the time, do you think you could leave us a review?

Thanks in advance and all the best with your store!
