Video description is not displayed

  • Hi,
    I’ve read all the topics, but I haven’t found an answer here yet. I posted a question in the last topic, which also addresses this issue, but was told by email to start a new topic.

    I’ve been using this plugin for a long time, but about 2-3 months ago it stopped displaying the description for each video in the playlist.
    Plugin settings:
    Videos Layout Template: Grid / 3 columns/ 6 videos per page
    Paginations: yes / Pager
    Videos Title: yes
    Videos Description : yes

    Shortcode generator:
    Use default options: YES or NO with the same settings (show description ON)

    Description will only be displayed in the player window after clicking on the video

    Can you please advise me where the problem may be?
