    Hi,

    does it know how to check and fix custom code or create its own code in function.php?

    Hi @cousinr,

    AI can achieve great things, but it certainly not at a level to comprehend your entire WordPress install, the plugins, how everything work together, etc. It’s only capable of creating simple functions (or a bit more than that), without being able to make sure it actually works, and without being able to test or think about how it plays with the rest of the software architecture.

    That said, you can ask the AI (or ChatGPT directly) to write you some code to add in the functions.php to do certain things, such as blocking an IP Address from accessing your website and so on. I believe it can handle simple use cases like this.
