Embedded Carousel not Initializing

Hello. I have a carousel that I have saved as a reusable component which works well as a standalone carousel, for example here:
https://dev-jones-trading-website.pantheonsite.io/services/investment-banking/recent-transactions/However, when it is embedded inside of another components (click “recent transactions” accordion item), it appears to not initialize until an action is taken on the carousel, clicking next or back etc.
