I tried everything: deactivated the extensions one after the other, reviewed the products with attributes, clicked on “clear cache” on the status page of your plugin, purge the cache several times (supercache, verified “wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/.*” there), nothing did it I still have the poster:

    Product Attributes

You have updated WooCommerce product attributes. Please clear CTX Feed cache to generate new feed.

    what more can i do ? ??

  • I’m having the same issue. I keep clearing the cache, but keep getting the message.

    I feel less alone!
I can add that the feeds are quite normal and register new products quite correctly

    Hello,
I must already inform you that I have chosen your extension since I know it, competing with other extensions that I have practised for some years.
    1) You tell me that I lack patience, however this second message is a little different from the previous one.
    2) I have a second site which does not use supercache but the paid formula of wp-optimize and does not display this message which I recall
“You have updated WooCommerce product attributes. Please clear the CTX Feed cache to generate a new feed.”
Should I conclude that it has something to do with supercache where I put “wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/.*”

    Hi @penseelibre

That message has nothing to do with any third-party caching plugin as it’s coming from our plugin. However, we do suggest our users exclude the plugin directory from any caching tool to avoid any sort of setting and feed caching.

Here you can find the instructions on how to exclude the plugin directory from a caching plugin.

    Thank you,

as I indicated in my topic
this is done from the beginning :

I tried everything: deactivated the extensions one after the other, reviewed the products with attributes, clicked on “clear cache” on the status page of your plugin, purge the cache several times (supercache, verified “wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/.*” there), nothing did it I still have the poster:

it disappeared just this morning, while it was still there last night with no particular event in between, but I consider this resolved
