Royal Mail Click&Drop Http 403 error

    I am trying to connect the Royal Mail Click & Drop to or district Scout Shop website. However when I try to setup the integration and connect to the site to get the Api keys it comes back with a HTTP 403 error. However I can connect to our our bookings site, it works fine. Only difference is that we AIOS running on the shop site and not on the Bookings site. Click & drop uses the REST API for the integration.

    Tried turning off some of the firewall settings but still cannot get the connection to work.

    Sorry for late reply.

    Please try disable WP Security > Firewall > Addition firewall > Deny bad query string and check might be http / https in query string it might be the issue.

    If still issue try disable one by one all features regarding WP Security > Firewall > Addition firewall , If still not solved disable WP Security > Firewall > 6g Blacklist firewall rules, If still not solved disable all WP Security > Firewall > Basic firewall rules one by one.
