[Plugin: Advertising Manager] 'Create new' under the 'Ads' menu

Just downloaded the plugin – followed the directions – and my next step would be : ‘Create new’ under the ‘Ads’ menu

Loved to – really would ?? ; except I don’t have that option showing at all:(

I can check for updates or purge things after 30 days – seems like half the stuff is missing- running wp 3.0

any ideas ?( already reinstalled twice )
