The backup import is stuck at 100%. I have plenty of space on the server and the backup process worked previously .This issue never happened before. I even did a fresh install of WP to see if that would help, but to no avail. I have used various browsers and different backup files to check if anything was corrupted. Frustrating. This has happened at least 10 times now and I cannot restore my site.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi, is it at least uploading? I’m asking because I have a similar problem with a small backup of less than 200MB, when I click on import it immediately shows “100%” but actually does nothing! I can see there’s no network outgoing traffic.
I did copy the backup also via FTP but I didn’t know the restore is a paid feature…

There’s also an error in the consolle: “Uncaught Error: error – https://xxxx.it/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/lib/view/assets/javascript/import.min.js?v=7.70&ver=6.1.1:1345 : 13”

    Same issue for me.

Was working fine on the same server 2 weeks, but now it’s stuck on 100%.

All server settings are way above what’s needed.

I have a feeling you may be using Firefox? This just happened to me, tried in Chrome and it works without issue.

    Update:
I spoke to soon, also happens in Chrome but gets further into the process.

    Final Update:
The issue was CloudFlare. CF’s basic/free plan only allows for 100MB uploads. If you’re using CF also, remove the proxy from the DNS so it becomes “greycloud”, leave it a while and then attempt to import again.

Is it stuck at 100% uploading or 100% importing? Can you access your website after it gets to 100%?
