Not tracking purchases

    Hello, few days ago i have created GA4 and connected with it with my website by using your plugin. However, tried to make fake buys but it’s not appearing in the statistics, still showing “0” purchases.

    Do you have any idea who might cause it?

    Few things i’d like to mention also:
    1. Because its GA4, i didn’t do any modifications in analytics account ( Like turning on ENHANCED ECOMMERCE or something ). As i know for GA4 you don’t need to do anything for seting up an ecommerce.
    2. My checkout/order-received url is …apmokejimas/order-received ( apmokejimas is translation for checkout in my language ) maybe this one causes it?

    Hi @igacius

    Thank you for initiating this topic.

    Could you please clarify if those test orders were placed when you were logged in to the WP backend? If this is the case, it will not track those orders because they are considered test orders.

    As a result, you may need to place the order in incognito mode and test it.

    Also, it often takes 24 to 48 hours for the data to be placed into the reports in GA4.
