Didn’t show the related products, only other related products

When I choose the option in Astra theme ‘show related products’ it shows indeed related products.

From what I gather, this is related with the Astra theme’s behavior.

It appears you already went ahead with contacting their support forum, which is great, since they’ll be in a better position to assist you.

For additional clarity, are you wanting to display linked products on the single product page, as seen in the example below:

Are you wanting to display linked products that appear on the Cart page, as seen in the example below:

To clarify, according to the screenshot, you have added products to Cross-sells. Cross-sells are products that?you promote in the cart, based on the current product.

If you would like to have these products display on the single product page, you would need to add these products to Upsells. Up-sells are products that?you recommend instead of the currently viewed product.

Also, I can see that you have an outdated version of the current theme, I would recommend updating this to its latest version to avoid any potential conflicts with the latest version of WooCommerce.
