    Hi there!

I really love your product. Unfortunately, at the moment, I’m having an issue with Helpie FAQ that’s causing critical issues on my sites.

I manually deactivated all plugins and tested them one by one, figuring out that Helpie FAQ is causing the issue. I’ve used Query Monitor to identify those PHP issues (see attached file):

I’ve tested it across all my sites where I’m using Helpie FAQ and the pattern is always the same: If I want to e.g. edit an article, I get a critical error. If I deactivate Helpie FAQ, I can edit the article.

I’ve already increased memory limit to 600 MB but still, it doesn’t work.

I don’t want to set open_basedir to none in the backend since this could cause further issues. Do you have an idea what I could do here?
