AST plugin deactivated = erase order

Check in the AST plugins settings that you have enabled the “Updated Tracking” order status?

Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings and open the Fulfillment Workflow Panel and check the Updated Tracking order status.

We removed the updated tracking order status from plugin so once you disable the Updated Tracking order status its removed.

Orders is not in trash. Order status is not available so orders is not dislayed.

In your database open the wp_options table and find the “wc_ast_status_updated_tracking” option in this table and change the value to 1 and check the Fulfillment WorkFlow section in the AST Settings.

In any case, you should edit the plugin, when it is deactivated, the orders should change status not be deleted.
