abandoned cart mails not going properly

    I installed your plugin and tried it, but I noticed that the abandoned carts are not going out as set. They are either delayed or do not go at all. Could you please help me to resolve the issue?

    Also, when a customer places an order but does not make the payment, will the abandoned cart mail be sent to them?

    You can also call me to discuss this issue. I am keen to use your plugin, but need some help in setting this up, as I notice some discrepancies from what it claims to do and what it actually does.
