Pay fast Withdrawal Processing Issue

Hi there, im currently having issues with the withdrawals using payfast, i setup the payment and withdrawal , payment goes through on sandbox everything works perfectly but the vendor cannot withdrawal it is stuck at partially processed , when i checked the logs

2023-01-18T10:45:57+00:00 ERROR #000005 – payment processing failed: Something went wrong please try again later.

Not much to go on, I tried automatic , manual, even used the same payfast info as the admin, no luck
