AICP Defaces my website after I use with it adinserter

I have been using aicp for 2 weeks now, but yesterday it suddenly given up error. I don’t knnow where I am doing this wrong.

It defaces my website, and if i remove aicp code from the adsense, the website look just fine. please i need help
