    Hello,

    I got some orders without selected pickup point. Checked that, woocommerce lets to pay for the order when checked “DPD pickup point” for shipping and DPD pickup point is not selected and left with default value “Select pickup point”. Why?

  • Similar problem here. All orders placed for collection from a pickup point don’t pass the relevant address through. They also show on the Order Notes “Not found Pudo point”.

    Is there likely to be a fix for this soon? We are going to have to disable DPD as an option in the meantime.

    Just to clarify, we are able to select a DPD pickup point, but after choosing we are returned to the Checkout page and the chosen pickup point is not recorded. There is still a blank gap next to ‘choose a pickup point’. and the selected pickup point is not recorded.

    Please let me know if you need any more information to help look into a fix.

    Same problem, orders placed from mobile phones are without delivery point.

    Hey @julijadaisoras , @dreiling , @dscreative ! Has the issue started to occur after the latest major plugin release 1.2.54? Have you already update the plugin to the latest version?

    Hello, yes we noticed those problems after updating to 1.2.54. We did additional testing from mobile phones and noticed that after 1st time delivery point selection it is not shown in cart checkout section, if we select delivery point once again everything works as expected.

    It seems to be since the update for us too. We updated the plugin on 17th Jan and it is since then that most (but not all) Pick Up orders show this problem.

    Hey again, @julijadaisoras, @dscreative , @dreiling !

    We are not encountering issues in our testing environment with pick-up points at the moment.

    As I understand the issue appears when the order is placed, is it only in some specific orders? Even if the pick – up point is selected, default option of the pick-up points dropdown is being shown in the order details “Select pickup point” . Am I correct?

    We have rolled back the plugin to 1.2.53 and the issue has gone, so it is definitely to do with the update.

    What I was seeing in my testing (in Chrome and Firefox) was that we could select the pickup point as normal, but once selected it didn’t populate the checkout screen with the name of the pickup point. The name initially showed, but then the spinning circle icon appeared a couple of times and then the name disappeared.

    I can’t guarantee this is exactly what was happening for everyone, but this is what we were seeing on most, but not all, pickup orders.

    Thank you for your response @dscreative and for information that you have provided! It will help us to pinpoint the issue more easily. We are still currently investigating this issue and we are planning to fix it with our new update.

    Having the same issues. Issue regarding the choosing the pick up point, but not recording it seems to be solved by rolling back to 1.2.53 version.

    But there still is an issue that choosing the pickup point is not mandatory which means that client can proceed to payment without choosing any pick up point.

    @valentaitis!It seems that this issue appears differently for most of the users. For example –> this issue is not there for user @dscreative at version 1.2.53 , but for you it exist. Could you provide more info about your plugin configuration and your website?
