When upgrading from 3.9.4 to 4.0.0 or 4.0.1 Post Structure option disappears

When upgrading from 3.9.4 to 4.0.0 or 4.0.1 and I go to Customizing ? Single Post the Structure option does not show on versions 4.0.0 or 4.0.1.

When I reisntall version 3.9.4 it shows.

The option that you are looking for is there in the newer version also i.e., 4.0.1. Here is a screenshot that I have shared for your reference.
