They just assume that a web site is production and another on is staging, if they do not get it right it’s a mess to fix it. Support is slow and ineffective. It’s all up to you to fix problems.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with Real Cookie Banner.
Each license of PRO version can be activated on one production and one staging website. You can manage your license directly in your WordPress under Plugins > Real Cookie Banner > License or in the customer center at devowl.io/account at any time.
If I assign your case to the correct private support ticket, you by yourself have activated your productive license on your staging website and your staging license on your productive website. I have explained the exact steps on how to deactivate your license in order to reactivate it correctly. We have responded to each of your questions within one business day so far.
