Export file doesn’t have any of the default fields

    I just updated Profile Grid and exported my user data.

    I then modified some field names, which basically deleted all of the old data.

    I exported the new field configuration so I could merge the two csv files and upload the data back into the new fields.

    That’s when I noticed that none of the WP data was there, like username and email address. I need this data to link the uploads to existing users.

    Why doesn’t the export include all of the user profile fields?

    I could have sworn it did last month when I looked at it last month. I have also installed registration magic and woocommerce since then.

    I just went back to a backup from Jan 6 with just profile grid installed and the username was included in the download.

    Hello @idougal,

    Plugin allows to export the selected group fields for a user using the export feature. Please make sure that you have selected the fields which you want to export in CSV file for users.

    Please refer to the following steps to export the users with selcted fields in CSV:

    1) Go to “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> Tools >> Export Users” in the dashboard.

    2) Here select the group and then it will populate the fields of that group.

    3)? select the fields for that group using ctrl key and then export it.

    Here are list of ALL of the fields that were available to be exported from Profilegrid 5.2.8.

    User name and email address are not included in the export.

    First Name,Last Name,About You,Public Email Address,Facebook ID,Twitter Handle,Instagram,City,YouTube Account,Website,Favorite kind of pie,Rank,Title,Chapter,

    Alternately, here are the first two fields exported from the import export users and customers plugin from the same database, notice the first two fields in this export are NOT included above

    user_login,user_email,
