Filters not working on result page

Hello,

I have an eshop built with Divi theme. I am using the default result page (not builted with Divi Builder), and shows the filters group from sidebar.

The filters are working as expected in categories, but when the user is on result page, the filters aren’t working. They are show as expected, but while i select a filter (for example price or an attribute) then i get the same products as results.

The product filter tab on admin top bar, has green check on “Is WC page”, “Is WC page” and “Pagination” but has an X on Shortcode (i don’t know if it is relative with the bug.

Any ideas for this one?
