Password reset issue

Could you please provide us with your site registration and account page link? We will register the user, try resetting the password, and get back to you accordingly.

I have disabled this plugin, because it breaks the password reset issue. Is there an alternative way to fix this? Is this not a known issue?

User registration reset password works properly, it might be the conflict so we suggest you to check this documentation https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/how-to-check-plugin-theme-conflict.

If you have provided the account page and registration page link we can test it on your site and get back to you accordingly.
