Don’t lazy load LCP

Both GTMetrix and PageSpeed Insights recommend me to exclude the largest contentful paint from lazy loading. In my case it’s the featured images of blog posts which Blocksy displays on my homepage through the “Cards” of the Blog Posts feature. Which of the four Blocksy performance options should I disable to exclude the Homepage Cards from lazy loading?
- Post/Page Title Featured Image
- Single Post/Page Featured Image
- Archives Featured Image
- Related Posts Featured Image

Yes, the four options that I listed come from that menu. I’m wondering which one I have to disable to exclude the featured images on the Cards of the Blog Posts feature, and thus follow up on the recommendation by GTMetrix and PageSpeed Insights to load the largest contentful paint “not lazy”.
