By default, this is optional when your customers placed an order on your site when they check the Create an Account checkbox upon checkout.

In your use case wherein you would like to offer a discount code for customers if they register an account on your site. Manually, you could create an email template containing the details needed (coupon code, link to register an account, invitation to register an account) and send it to your customers once receive an order. However, this would be tedious on your end.

To do this automatically, this would require a combination of third-party plugins and some custom code to achieve it.

Checking on our marketplace, I found that the AutomateWoo plugin provides an example that could be a good starting point: Send new customers a welcome email and include a coupon
