• I am using wp-members pro bundle, with subscriptions, advanced options and page restriction active.

Page restriction is working correctly for pages for people who are not current on subscriptions. However, when the same user tries to visit a bbpress forum, they are allowed in despite the forum being marked as restricted.

I have all three bbpress options in the Advanced settings checked. I also have forums marked in the general settings as restricted.

If you have the pro bundle, then please reach out via the support site at https://rocketgeek.com/contact/. Make sure you’re logged in and your support request will be appropriately tagged as priority.

The premium extensions are not supported here as they are not available through www.remarpro.com.

I have tried using that form several times and received no answer, but I will try again.

Re: I have tried using that form several times and received no answer

I received your message and sent a response yesterday. Now that I have a message to match between what’s there and what’s here, I looked at your previous contact history. I do see that you have in fact used the form several times. However, in each instance there is a response. Those responses have not bounced back undeliverable, so I would suggest that you check your spam folder to make sure they are not being flagged as spam.

Prompt response to your questions when submitted via the priority support form is important to me, so if you’re not receiving those responses, we want to get to the bottom of why that is.

Whenever you use the priority support form, the system sends two messages – one to me, and another to you, confirming to you that your support message was submitted. If you complete the form and do not receive that confirmation message, again, like above, check your spam folder. These messages would bounce back to me if your email address was wrong, and they’re not doing that. So it would seem that you may need to whitelist the support email address to make sure you’re not inadvertently blocking my responses to you.

If you’re still not getting those, let me know here and we’ll dig into it further.

    Thank you for following up.

I have changed my email address in the account to another address, which I hope will work better.

I don’t suppose you could resend your latest response to the current address on file?

    No problem! I have re-sent.
