    Unserer Kunden k?nnen seit ein paar Tagen keine Mails mehr über unser Kontaktformular versenden. Wir bekommen bei Testmails diese Nachricht:

    SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110)SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to server

    An unserem Server liegt es nicht. Wir haben unseren Host bereits kontaktiert. Einstellungen k?nnen nicht falsch sein, da es seit Monaten l?uft.

    An was kann das noch liegen?

    Hilfreiche Informationen dürfen auch gerne an die Mail: [email protected] gesendet werden. (Normale E-Mail kommen an, es handelt sich ausschlie?lich um die Mails die über die Webseite kommen müssten).

    Please kindly know, that such an error usually occurs when your server is blocking the SMTP connection or there are some other hosting-related issues.

    Since you’ve already reached out to your hosting provider, please, perform tests to ensure where is an issue: is it server-related or SMTP credentials are incorrect?

    You can try a third-party SMTP mailer such as SMTP2Go to see if you can get connected. If you can’t, the problem is likely the server. If you can, please, recheck your SMTP credentials once more.
