Hello, my current members are unable to “Update Image” on their profiles and some of them do not have Gravatar accounts.

Our developer was able to find the option to “Update Image” by tweaking with the CSS. However, when our Developer clicks on “Update Image” nothing happens. Can you assist?

Hello, I am still working with your dev team (Sara B.). In the meantime, I have a few questions:

    1) Is there a way to allow or assign members to join multiple groups (Membership A and Membership B) at the same time?

    2) Can we give our current members the option to hide certain details, such as their email addresses, location, or phone number from the public and other members?

    3) Can we allow our current members to #tag specific keywords in their profile, so they can be easily found in the search or filter bar?

    4) Does your software/plugin have any plans for making ProfileGrid compatible with Elementor Pro?

    Hello @7from1,

Please check our comments regarding to your queries:

    1) Administrator may assign the multiple groups to a user by editing the user profile and then select the groups for option “User Group(s)” in dashboard.

Users may join the groups using the join button of any group. They are required to join each group individually.

    2) Plugin does not allow users to hide a specific detail on their profile. Administrator may hide a specific details on user profiles by configuring the option “Display on Profile Page” in field settings.

    3) Extension “User Profile Labels” allow user to add profile labels to their profiles and then search page allows to filter the users by the labels. For more details in this extension, please visit the link: https://profilegrid.co/create-custom-labels/

    4) We have noted the compatibility issue with Elementor Pro and forwarded to our team for possible fix in future updates.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
