I don’t find a problem with that image, it should be this path:

plugins/Map-Block-Leaflet/lib/images/marker-icon-2x.png

Sorry, I see the problem but I can’t reproduce it in an installation on my computer (I tried using translatepress).

Remove cache (if you use a cache plugin), update to the latest version and try to insert it again.

I identify the conflict between phastpress plugin and yours.

How do you assign the icons url from iconRetinaUrl:”marker-icon-2x.png” in index.js to (in my case) https://www.marasit.com/wp-content/plugins/map-block-leaflet/lib/images/marker-icon-2x.png ?

I m guessing PhastPress is involved in some ways but I m not sure what to ask them yet.

I think the solution they are talking about is something like this:
