Issues when updated old site with woocommerce 3.6.6

Hi,

I am trying to update an old woocommerce site with Woocommerce version 3.6.6

There are few issues and i am unable to understand the reason.
1.) There is not update notification for woocommerce, Remaining all other plugins show there is latest version available.
2.) First i updated “WooCommerce Extra Product Options” plugin and it said to run Woocommerce updater as below.

Important: Please run WooCommerce updater before using WooCommerce TM Extra Tour Options.

3.) I ran Woocommerce updater and it said ” WooCommerce database update complete. Thank you for updating to the latest version! ” But when i refresh the page it again says to run WooCommerce updater. I have tried multiple times but it says the same even after waiting 1 hour

4.) I manually downloaded woocommerce 7.2.3 from wp plugins and uploaded but i get below fatal error. I even tried removing every plugin except woocommerce but still getting fatal error as below.

Can any one please help me solve this issue.
