SliceWP broke my login on the site. Customers cannot log in

I have been working with our web hosting all day to solve an issue that was caused by SliceWP plugin. I just installed it a couple days ago and now customers are complaining that they are getting an error code. I am pasting it below. I guess this is the plugins support dept??? I was told by my web hosting that I had to contact tyou to fix it. Thank you.
