Error 10004

    Hi,
    I just downloaded this plugin and followed instruction on youtube but I keep getting error:

    2023-01-11 11:15:03==>File:/home/neodvisn/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php::User Id:1650::Line:308::Function:ets_memberpress_load_discord_roles::10004:Unknown Guild

    What could be the problem here? I went through all settings twice and nothing works.

    The plugin is tested several times, if you have properly configured your Discord application it should work.
    mostly the issue comes from your server configuration:
    If the server you are trying to access is a private server it might not be visible unless you are added to the server..
    Your bot’s token might not have the necessary permissions to access the server, so you need to check your bot’s permission to make sure it can access the Guild.

    We have the exact same issue and error message as icime85 above. We followed every single step in your guide below several times including with a brand new clean discord server and each time we get the same error this error -2023-01-11 20:50:12==>File:/srv/htdoc/revelo-intel/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php::User Id:11::Line:308::Function:ets_memberpress_load_discord_roles::10004:Unknown Guild

    Maybe your guide need to include some more steps for that we can understand how to address the information you gave in your message above. We do not know what you mean or how to check that. Please can give give us step by step instructions so we can configure everything. Again we went through every step multiple times. Thank you for your help

    ok can you tell me how you get the ‘Server ID ‘ value ?

    can you confirm that the Server ID field match the :
    https://discord.com/channels/XXXXXXXXXXX

    To get the “Server Id” I right clicked on the server icon in Discord and the last item in that list is “Copy Id”. I copied that and pasted straight into the plug in settings.

    and yes the server id matches the server url https://discord.com/channels/xxxxx
