Points/Voucher can only use for the first order

    Hello, I built up a WooCommerce shop for employees, where they can buy items with their points. They get the points with a voucher for e.g. birthday, employee of the month …
    This all works fine, but, every user can only redeem a voucher for the first order. As soon they placed one order in the shop, they can’t use any voucher with points anymore.
    There must be an adjustment in the extension, wich says for e.g. “Customer can use coupon only for the first order”. But I can’t find anything.
    Please help.

    Hello,
    Thanks for using our plugin.

    In reference to your query, please note that in our plugin there is no such setting using which you can set that the coupon will be applied on the first order only.

    But it depends upon the coupon that whether there has been any usage restriction has been enabled on that coupon, such as: “Usage limit per coupon” or “Usage limit per user”.

    You can check this from the backend of the coupon section. And please also make sure that the coupon that a user is using is a valid coupon not an expired one.
