You have a lot of errors in the JavaScript code on the page – it’s probably causing the problem with loading images.

Does the problem persist or disappear after deactivating my plugin?

Oh hell, I deactivated W3 Total Cache and kept your plugin activated and the probleem was gone. I will contact the developer!

After some investigation I solved the issue, as described by the post #26089 of this thread. So, this is not at all related to your plugin, sorry for the wrong reasoning.
