[Plugin: Register Plus] Couple Bugs

1. Privacy Issue – When “Choose Password upon Registration” is active, the email that is sent to the user contains their password. It should be blocked out, omitted, or say “Password: [chosen upon registration]”.
2. PW-Strength Meter not Working – Chrome 5.0.375.126 on Mac. But, works in that browser elsewhere on site. Haven’t tested other browsers.
