Accessibility requirements

Hi LWA,

Thanks for your amazing plugin. I am working on the accessibility of my website and your plugin don’t pass the requirements from Google (Google Pagespeed Insight). It is very very easy changes:

• Labels and inputs of the login form needs to get the good attributes https://dequeuniversity.com/rules/axe/4.4/label
• Tabindex can’t be greater than 0 https://dequeuniversity.com/rules/axe/4.4/tabindex

Is that possible to add this in the next version?
