Country / State Select Dropdown Not Working

    I have created a webinar in my GoToWebinar with registration form. And with the help of this plugin I have embeded the webinar in a custom registration page. Everything is working fine except for the Country/State Select dropdown. In my GTW when you select the country the State list changes according to the country you have selected. But in the custom registration page this is not happening. No matter what country you choose the State list is constant. It’s taking the states of the first country in the list. Need help to resolve this bug please.

    Hi @sayalia,

    If you are referring to custom fields you created in GoToWebinar or standard fields you enabled in GoToWebinar, the conditional logic is not going to work like you described, and it requires additional development work to achieve this conditional logic via javascript.

    If you are referring to our GoToWebinar plugin stopping the normal WooCommerce billing/shipping country/state conditional logic, can you please provide a link to your single product page which is linked to a webinar.

    Thank you for your reply. This helps.

    As you said I have enabled the standard fields in GoToWebinar and that’s the reason the logic isn’t working and needs additional development.

    Yes, you will need to use javascript to change the options available based on the selection. Thank you ??
